ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous since the petitioner's request for seeking ordinary leave has been rejected on the ground that the report of the probation officer was not in her favour as the reason assinged by her for seeking premature release of her husband is untrue.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order made in No.256/jc/2024 dated 04.03.2024.
