This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue a 'No Objection Certificate' to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of
'Teddy Wellness Hairstyle's salon & Spa" at No.4, 524, MRP Complex, 1st Floor, Veerapandi (Post), Palladam, Tiruppur 641 605 by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he is establishing a business of running Massage parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Teddy Wellness Hairstyle's Salon and Spa at No.4, 524, MRP Complex,, I Floor, Veerapandi (post), Pallaam, Tiruppur 641 605. Seeking no objection certificate to run the abovesaid business in the above address, he gave a representation to the respondents on 28.01.2025. However, the respondents have not issued any no objection certificate and also kept the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2025 pending till date without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking the abovsaid relief
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), appearing for the respondents.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation submitted by
the petitioner dated 28.01.2025, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
