ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.18 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. On 15.06.2016, this Court had granted interim relief to the petitioners on condition that a sum of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited before 5th of every English calendar month to the credit of D.V.A.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore. The said order has not been complied with till date.
4. Under such circumstances, for non-compliance of the order, this petition stands dismissed.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties in the said proceedings are arriving at a compromise. If the parties arrive at a compromise, it is open for them to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore, in D.V.A No.18 of 2016 and close the same.
