O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2016 within a time frame. 2.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders after giving notice to the 4th respondent.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2016, after giving notice to the 4th respondent and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
