By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

According to the petitioner, he was allotted commercial Plot No.S.6 Shop) at Thirukachur Scheme vide allotment order dated 26.12.2008 and he has also accepted the price and paid the Earnest Money Deposit and bid amount of Rs.3,02,000/- without any arrears. The grievance expressed by him is that in spite of the same, sale deed has not been executed in his favour. Hence, he sent a lawyer's notice dated 03.01.2013 followed by two reminders dated 23.08.2013 and 04.02.2014 respectively and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the submissions of Mr.M.S.Soundararajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent.

This Court, taken into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into merits of representations, direct the petitioner to submit one more representation by enclosing copies of the earlier representations along with the copy of this order passed in this writ petition to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation received from the petitioner and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
