This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the name of 3rd respondent from patta No.1479 on the file of 2nd respondent in pursuant of the petitioner representation dated 04.10.2019. 2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
