This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.31937 of 2022 on 23.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Sunday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
