The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 28 days in filing this criminal revision against the judgment dated 29.09.2023 made in C.A.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode confirming the conviction imposed in judgment dated 08.12.2017 made in S.T.C.No.279 of 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Erode.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
