This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to take necessary action against the respondents for will full disobedience of order dated 03.03.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1969 of 2015. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.244 of 2011 was completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.2 of 2017 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpattu.
