2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Crime No.53 of 2011 was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.146 of 2014.
