O R D E R
Mr.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for both respondents conveys the readiness of the Medical Officer, Mental Hospital Unit-III, arrayed as R-2 to carry out the necessary tests, conditional upon which, the Certificate of Health condition and mental disorder will be issued.
2. For the above purpose, the convenience of R-2 as well as the petitioner and her daughter Ms.V.Sathya Priya have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
ascertained to be on Wednesday the 16th March of 2022, when they shall appear before R-2 for assessment of the latter along with medical reports/records.
3. Upon completion of the assessment and tests, a certificate of the health condition, including mental disorder of Ms.V.Sathya Priya shall be issued within a period of two weeks thereafter; that is, on or before 30.03.2022.
4. This Writ Petition is closed as the Mandamus sought for stands achieved by virtue of the above direction. No costs.
5. List on 31.03.2022 under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance'.
