This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.02.2023. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R.No.133 of 2023 and the same was closed on 23.02.2023, since it was a civil dispute. 3.In view of the above, it is left open to the parties to work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
