This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2012 and retain petitioner as a Coir Training and Extension Instructor at Pollachi (Regional Office).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
