O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Rajesh son of Venkatasubramanian, aged about 43 years before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted a copy of the statement signed by Mr.V.Rajesh, who is the detenu. The detenu himself has given a statement stating that he was not detained illegally by any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
person and on account of certain disputes between his wife, he left home. However, he was talking with his wife and children through mobile phone.
3. Thus, the fact reveals that the detenu has not been illegally detained by anybody and he left the matrimonial home on his own volition. This apart, the detenu Mr.V.Rajesh, S/o.Venkatasubramanian, has filed sworn affidavit dated 18.01.2018 before this Court setting out all these facts. He has stated that he was not illegally detained by any person and he left the home only due to the misunderstanding with his wife.
4. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
