2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner has complied the condition for only 19 years.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition on the medical ground that the petitioner had kidney stones.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when reqruied for interrogation.
