This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Pondicherry on all Page No.1 of 3

working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28447 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28447 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing days.
