This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, R7, K.K.Nagar Police Station, the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is being harassed on the basis of the complaint given by one K.M.Vidya Sagar, necessitating the filing of this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, as on date, there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, it is not necessary to pass orders in this petition.
