O R D E R
There are two Writ Petitions filed against the impugned order of the respondent herein in TIN No.33741465112/2011-12 & 2012,13 dated 13.03.2015.
2. Mr. S. Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes) taking notice for the respondent, brought to the notice of this court that the order under challenge is appeal able before the Appellate Authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that both the writ petitions have been filed within the time limit, therefore, he may be given a reasonable time to approach the Appellate Authority.
4. Therefore, this Court is unable to entertain both the writ petitions and hence the same are dismissed, without going into the merits of the case, at the stage of admission itself. While doing so, the petitioner is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to file the appeal before the Appellate Authority. Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner.
