This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioner as the fifth respondent in the second appeal, who is also another legal heir of the sole respondent viz., Palaniyammal (since deceased), besides the respondents 2 to 4 in the above appeal, who are already brought on record. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.877 of 2010 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
