This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.8(b) i.e. [b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29302 of 2022 vide order dated 29.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petition is ordered.
