ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no. 4(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32311 of 2024 by its order dated 06.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence4, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.32311 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
