ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District to dispose of SC.180 of 2015 within a specific time limit 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is seventeenth accused in the case in S.C.No.180 of 2015, pending on the file of Sub Court, Ulundurpet. Though there are eighteen witnesses cited in this case, so far not even a single witness was examined. Therefore, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the case is scheduled for examination of witness Nos.1 to 3 on 08.03.2023. 4.Considered the rival submissions and perused the records. 5.It is made known to this Court that accused are regularly appearing either in person or through their counsel.

6.In the said circumstances, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, 2/4

Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District, to examine the witnesses on day to day basis and dispose of the case in S.C.No.180 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
