ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present review petition has been mainly filed on the ground that the Tamil Nadu Private Schools Fee Determination Committee

issued proceedings dated 29.11.2022 enhancing the fee to be collected.

2. Once again, the respondent School approached the Committee and the fee structure was enhanced. That being so, further revision pursuant to the order sought to be review may not arise. However, all these aspects are to be considered while implementing the orders of this Court. However, such a ground may not constitute for reviewing the order as it cannot be considered as an error apparent. Thus, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
