The above miscellaneous petition is filed to withdraw the second petitioner from the array of petitioners in W.P.No.11404 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition by the second petitioner, this petition seeking leave to withdraw the second petitioner from the array of petitioners in W.P.No.11404 of 2024, is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to delete the name of second petitioner in W.P.No.11404 of 2024 and amend the cause-title accordingly in the main writ petition.
