ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by one John Kennedy, the petition enquiry is pending.
3.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
