ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.M.SUBRAMANIAM) The review applicant was appointed as a Casual Labourer/NMR. The order of termination came to be challenged in the writ petition. The Writ Court confirmed the termination order. The writ appeal filed by the review applicant was also dismissed by the Division Bench.

2. That being the factum, the grounds, on merits, raised by the review applicant deserve no merit consideration. Review jurisdiction need not be exercised for re-adjudication of merits, which were already considered both by the Writ Court and the Writ Appellate Court.

3. Thus, the review application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
