O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri, the respondent herein to register a FIR under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC against - (1)R.Palani, (2)R.Samraj, (3)Chinnappaiyan, (4)Manickam, (5) Kantha, (6)Panchali, (7)Chinnakannu, (8)Mangammal and (9)Muniammal, all are residing at Maharajakadai Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and district, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2015 and take action against the above said persons in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the complaint was sent post to the respondent and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the Superintendent of Police. On such complaint being given, the Superintendent of Police shall assign it to the competent officer for enquiry and the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
