This petition has been filed to punish the respondent police for their act of willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court, dated 08.04.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.5733 of 2015.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.03.2015. A copy of the closure is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
