ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Sub Inspector of Police, Peranamallur Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District, every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31190 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31190 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is relaxed.
