The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to call for the records relating to the order dated 07.04.2018, made in proceedings Rc.No.3608/F3/2018, passed by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant lease of fishing rights of Thumbalahalli Reservoir, Dharmapuri District in favour of the petitioner co-operative society.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that a fresh tender is going to be called for before 28.09.2018 and the same will be concluded by 31.10.2018. In support of the same, he produced a copy of the communication in R.C.No.3608/F3/2018, dated 08.09.2018. It is also submitted that the petitioner can participate in the forthcoming tender, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the forthcoming tender. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
