This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22328 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already Rs.20 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) in Crime No.3 of 2022 has been deposited and he has no objection in depositing the balance amount to the depositors proportionately as per the order of this Court dated 14.10.2022. However, he needs two more months time to comply the condition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to grant time till 26.04.2023 to comply the condition 7(c) of the order dated 14.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.22328 of 2022 to deposit the remaining amount, failing which, the order dated 14.10.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22328 of 2022 shall stand automatically cancelled without any further reference. 28.02.2023 dsn https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
