This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to register FIR on basis of the complaint dated 27.05.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.M.Jaikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.150 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.150 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
