Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 05.02.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought himself to be appointed as the Hereditary Trustee at Arulmigu Mariamman, Chellandiamman, Muniappan and Sevapuram Chellandiamman Temples, Raakiampatti, Konkanapuram Post, Enappadi Taluk, Salem District. petitioner claims that his fore fathers were enjoying such right in respect of the said temples.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that the petitioner has to apply in a proper format before the second respondent, so that such application can be considered in accordance with law.

4. If that be the case, it is for the petitioner to make an application before the second respondent in a proper format and such application can be considered by the second respondent along with the representation already made by the petitioner on 05.02.2018. It is open to the petitioner to make such application before the second respondent and on receipt of such application in a proper format, the same shall be considered by the second respondent and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of such application. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
