This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to execute the bailable warrant against the second respondent in C.C.No.236 of 2022 dated 30.03.2023 on the 1/4

file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.It is seen from the records that the bailable warrant is pending against the second respondent and the next date of hearing has been fixed on 24.05.2024.

4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the first respondent to secure the second respondent and produce her before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, before the next date of hearing.
