O R D E R

(Made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The present review application is filed to review the judgment dated 2\5

22.01.2010 passed in W.A. No. 1048 of 2007.

The land acquisition proceedings were under challenge before the Writ Court and Writ Appellate Court. The learned Single Judge, in the writ proceedings, dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the publication of notification under Section 4(1) of the The Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was made on 18.10.2002 and therefore, the declaration under Section 6 of the Act made on 14.11.2003 was within the time limit contemplated under the Act. The Writ Appellate Court, on re-appreciation of materials on record, also endorsed the view taken by the Writ Court and rejected the Writ Appeal filed by the erstwhile land owner. In view of the above, we do not find any reason to invoke review jurisdiction as the petitioner has not established any error apparent on the face of the record. The date of issuance of notification is not disputed and that being the factum, the review application stands dismissed. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
