This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case and investigate the matter according to law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents on 13.5.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
