PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2015 delivered and acknowledged the same on 27.07.2015 to the first respondent and comply with the genuine requests made therein within a specific period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The writ on hand is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2015.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the fourth respondent said to be a Mediator collected huge amount from the petitioner as well as some other persons and cheated them by stating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that he will secure an allotment of house in the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent states that they are noway connected with the affairs of the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent is not an employee of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. This being the factum. The petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate action against the fourth respondent by approaching the competent authorities.
