JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.3251 of 2022 IN CRL OP.24868 of 2021 K.LAKSHMANAN [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, E-1, MYLAPORE POLICE STATION, CHENNAI 600 004 CRIME NO.1019 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders dated 28.01.2022 passed in Crl MP No.738 of 2022 in Crl OP No.24868 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of C.H.VINOBHA GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in in Crl.MP.No.738 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24868 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
