The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to investigate the above referred case in Crime No.721 of 2021 and file final report.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.721 of 2021 for the offences under Section 463, 464, 468, 471 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the same and file the final report within a period of six months.
