The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police, states that the complaint has been received against the petitioner and it has been registered in C.S.R.No.108 of 2022 and the same is pending for enquiry.

2. He further states that the petitioner is not co-operating for the investigation. If the petitioner herein cooperates for the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within three weeks.

3. Recording the the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner herein to cooperate for the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps till completion of enquiry in C.S.R.No.108 of 2022.
