Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.25903/2021 order dated 04.01.2022 in Crime No.1584/2021 and pass such other further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25903 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022 for executing the bail bond.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to Covid 19 Pandemic situation, the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
