ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court by its order dated 22.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.607 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27597 of 2024 in Crime No.408 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27597 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.607 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27597 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
