When the matter came up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, she prayed this court to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
