O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR in complaint dated 30.04.2015 as against the said person namely Mr.Vishwanathan and Mr.Deivasigamani and investigate the aforesaid case in a proper manner and direct the respondents to file its final report in a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On reading of the complaint, it appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and her father-in-law with regard to property. In the complaint, it is stated that the petitioner was assaulted by the opposite party. It is represented that the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 30.04.2015 before respondent-Police and no action taken. If the petitioner submits a copy of the complaint dated 30.04.2015 to the respondent-Police in person, together with the wound certificate and on such complaint being given, the same shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
