This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A1/P.R.10/2016 dated 29/07/2016 imposing the punishment of Removal from service which was modified by the 3rd respondent herein in his proceedings R.C.No.134746/AP 2(2)/2016 dated 4/04/2017 into postponement of 3 increments with cumulative effect and the review order passed by the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings R.C.No.125063/AP2(2)/2017 dated 19/04/2018 and quash the same on the ground of Jurisdiction, Violation of Rules and non-application of mind and quash the same, together with all consequential monetary and service benefits or issue any other appropriate Writ, Order, Direction in the nature of a Writ or another appropriate relief as this Honourable Court may
deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R
Though the order of punishment is under challenge in the present writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner Mr.Bala, confines the prayer by stating that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to dispose of the revision petitioner filed by the writ petitioner, before the 05.06.2018. The petitioner filed the Revision petition, challenging the order of punishment passed by the original authority as well as by the First Appellate authority.
2. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the Revision petition, submitted by the writ petitioner on 05.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the revision petition once again, along with all the relevant documents along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.
