2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner that as against the order passed by this court in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondent has preferred W.A.Nos.1359 and 1360 of 2015 wherein, the petitioner had given assurance that he would not press this contempt petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel for the respondent, on the above submissions.

4. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner in W.A.Nos.1359 & 1360 of 2015, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
