(Made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The present review application is filed to review the judgment dated 29.09.2010 passed in W.A. No. 1422 of 2009.

The grounds raised in the review application deserve no further adjudication on merits. The Division Bench, while confirming the order passed by the Writ Court, observed that there was no challenge made either to the notice dated 04.11.1993 issued under Section 6(1) of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 or to the order of forfeiture passed under Section 7 of the said Act dated 25.02.1999 and that those proceedings have attained finality. That being the categorical finding in the judgment sought to be reviewed, we do not find any ground to invoke the powers of review. Consequently, the review 2\4
