Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to execute the sale deed, measuring about 75.60 square meter, situated at Plot No.194, MKB Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai - 53 in favour of the petitioner herein within the period fixed by thisCourt.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner has submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents asked the petitioner to pay the additional stamp duty, which has also been complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner has complied with the payment of additional stamp duty, they are ready and willing to execute the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sale deed.

3. In view of the submission made by both sides, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2016, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt of the same, the said exercise shall be completed within a period of one month thereafter.

4. In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
