This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case against the said person in respect of the complaint dated 20.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the opposite party has borrowed money and has also issued a cheque which apparently has dishonoured. The petitioner has included the usual complaint of abuse and intimidation. No positive direction can be given. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
