ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Karunagaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for
respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mrs.Shanmugavalli Shekar for the third respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the third respondent states that as on today, there is no vertical soak pit constructed near the water source. The respondent authority shall decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2024 within a period of two months from today on its own merits and in accordance with law.
